Dip & Cheeseball Mixes, Spices & Seasonings (4)
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. butter
15-20 large mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Onion
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
1/2 brick (125 g) cream cheese
¼ cup milk
1 packet Hot & Cheesy Mushroom
Dip & Cheeseball Mix
¼ cup white wine (or chicken stock)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg. of your favourite egg noodles
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
While mushrooms and sauce are cooking, prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
Heat Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and seasonings to pan; cook for 5-7 minutes. In the same pan add cream cheese, milk, Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix and wine (or chicken stock). Reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Mix well and simmer for a few more minutes. Serve immediately, over cooked noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
